Pentagon attack visual 'will never leave' witness
MILWAUKEE - Nearly ten years ago, Jaime Maliszewski first described the fast moving, low flying plane he saw from the window seat of his airliner on final approach into Washington, DC.
"He kind of disappeared behind the building, just the huge fire ball, mushroom cloud-like fireball went up," he told TODAY'S TMJ4 reporter Mike Jacobs in 2001.

RPW and Elite President, Jaime Maliszewski, shared his 9/11 experience to two industry magazines shortly after the tragedy in 2001.
Here are copies of those articles in remembrance of that terrible day. It is important that we all remember how united this Country was back then, and that we work hard to get back to that same feeling, when we all had our priorities right God, Family and Country. If you want to tell your 9/11 stories please go to Reliable Plating Works, Inc. and/or Elite Finishing LLC’s facebook pages and post them.

Reliable Plating Works/Elite Finishing’s 3rd Annual Plating Education Month
Over 50 customers attended representing over 20 companies from OEM’s and Job Shops. The attendees were treated to lunch followed by a guided tour through the plant that detailed the metal finishing process. Those who attended went through the polishing, buffing and degreasing processes. They viewed the automated plating lines from the operators view point, seeing first hand how products go through pretreatment and cleaning, then the many plating options which include Zincating, Electroless Nickel, Sulfamate Nickel, Copper, Duplex, Bright, Satin, and Woods Nickel and Chrome plating options. They visited the lab where all chemistry is tested, verified for use and tracked on a very extensive system. Attendees then proceeded to the classroom and learned about the cost drivers involved in the metal finishing process, quote requirements, process and metal selection and much more.
Those who attended were very grateful for the experience and the RPW/Elite employees received many notes of thanks. Everyone left happy, more informed and with a memory stick which contained the presentation and several support articles that they will be able to reference in the future. If you missed it this year make sure you sign up for next year’s program, it’s free, just ask your RPW/Elite Representative to make sure they save you a spot. Five sessions were required to handle this year’s requests.
For those of you that attended this year sign up again next year as we expand our material based on our conversations with our Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues. This is just one more way that the RPW/Elite team works to provide value to its Customers.

Elite Finishing LLC is excited to announce two new finishing options, Electroless Nickel on Aluminum and Copper on Steel.
Elite Finishing LLC (EF) has added two very special services to their line of finishes which include Chrome, Bright, Satin, Duplex, Woods and now Electroless Nickel, and Copper Plating. All of these finishes can be put onto Aluminum, Brass, Pewter and Steel.
Electroless Nickel is used for corrosion resistance on very tight tolerance parts or parts that cannot be plated with conventional nickel plating. These would include parts with sharp edges, deep recesses or right angles. It is a very durable finish that also gives a very consistent matte finish.
Copper plating on steel is used for highly cosmetic parts. The copper layer creates a surface on the part that can be buffed smooth and plated over with nickel and chrome to give a high luster, very deep looking chrome finish. Many motorcycle parts use this finish to give the parts a show quality finish.
If you have any questions concerning this news release or any other questions about Elite’s capabilities, please contact Jaime Maliszewski at 414-489-9710 or email jaimem@elitefinishing.net. Elite Finishing LLC is a subsidiary of Reliable Plating Works, Inc.
